Investing.com – The dollar continued its rally Friday on expectations of higher U.S. interest rates.
The was up 0.24% at 101.24 at 02:15 ET. The greenback rose well above 110 yen.
Fed Chair Janet Yellen signaled a December rate hike in her testimony to Congress Thursday.
Investing.com’s currently shows a 95.4% chance of a December hike.
President-elect Donald Trump’s stimulus plans also augur higher rates further down the road.
The yield on the Treasury moved back above 3%.
